We are always looking for feedback on our company and our productivity in order to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs at all times and know where to improve. Therefore we use Quality Assurance Surveys. This is an annual procedure which is given to the service users and their families which allows them to voice their opinions, feelings, criticisms and opinions on the service they are receiving. The feedback helps us measure the ‘quality of life’ as this is in fact the end result we want to be achieved for our clients so that they remain a part of society.
